How it started...

Sweet. Simple. Real.

I moved from Buenos Aires to Florida at 14, alone, to chase high-performance tennis. No family, no friends, a new language — I figured out my own training, my own meals, my own everything. Then the Florida heat started destroying my skin. Allergies, inflammation, exhaustion, all while I was supposed to be competing at the highest level of my life.

A holistic nutritionist turned it around. Within weeks my skin calmed down, my energy came back, my recovery got faster. I got obsessed with understanding what food actually does to the body — and I stopped eating anything I couldn't understand.

That's when the dates started. I'd take a Medjool date, stuff it with nut butter, dip it in chocolate, and keep a batch in the fridge to eat before and after every practice. No refined sugar, no gluten, no dairy, no seed oils. Just real food that made me feel good.

When I retired from tennis and moved to New York for NYU Stern, I went looking for that same treat — Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, every health store in the city. Every label had something added. Coconut sugar, date syrup, agave, rice syrup — still sugar, just wearing a different name. Nobody talks about that.

So I made my own and brought it to market.

Four ingredients, nothing hidden. The chocolate is 100% pure cacao and cacao butter, nothing added. The Medjool date gives it that chewy, caramel center that makes it feel like a real treat. The nut butter and sea salt round it out.

I'm still a student, still figuring a lot of this out. But I know this product is real, the ingredients are real, and the problem it solves is real.

Sweet. Simple. Real.

Yours Truly,
