Shipping policy

Shipping schedule
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET ship the next business day.

Shipping options (UPS)
All orders ship via UPS 2nd Day Air and arrive within 2 business days of shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your box ships.

Heat and storage
Our chocolate-covered dates are sensitive to heat. Please bring your package inside as soon as it arrives and store it in a cool place. We’re not responsible for melting caused by packages left outside after delivery or by delays due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t redirect packages once they have shipped.
