Shipping & Returns

We ship Monday through Friday from within the United States. Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET ship the same business day; orders placed after 12:00 PM ET ship the next business day.

We offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver. Available options and rates are shown at checkout based on your address and order, and the estimated delivery time is shown for each one. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your box ships.

Our chocolate-covered dates are sensitive to heat. Please bring your package inside as soon as it arrives and store it in a cool place. For warmer destinations, we recommend choosing a faster shipping option.

Returns

Because Bumi Bites are food products, we can’t accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged, melted or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bumibites.co@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Melting caused by a package left outside after delivery, or by an incorrect shipping address, is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
